Shipping
Where do you ship to?
I currently ship only to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
All items will be shipped out 5-7 days of purchase, if there are any modification requests or questions prior to shipment.
Custom orders will be shipped out 7-10 business days of purchase.

How do I track my order?
In order to provide affordable options, some shipping options do not offer tracking services.
If you would like to track your order, please be sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Returns

Items that are made-to-order will not be available for refunds.
Exchanges will be processed once damaged item is approved and returned to seller within 14 days.
Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order by email at returns@notelettepress.com
Refunds will not be issued.
What are the conditions for damaged item exchange?
Conditions for damaged item exchange
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original packaging, the item will not be processed for exchange.
If damage occurs during shipping, photos must be provided of unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery and items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Exchange requests can be sent by email to returns@notelettepress.com.
Can I exchange for a different item?
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
* Custom or personalized order
* Digital downloads
I don't accept cancellations
